We came right before they closed, and not only was the sushi amazing, the staff was still awesome and welcoming, and the prices are amazing.
I enjoyed the fact that Yu-Ka has all sushi rolls for 50% off. That’s what attracted my coworkers and I here beyond the recommendation from one of my coworker’s brother. I was seated instantly which was great for lunchtime and a place that isn’t that huge. But, in this part of Suwanee, you’re close to so many other Asian restaurants that I guess it’s not too surprising. I tried the fried tofu appetizer. It was okay. The vinegar-based soy sauce blend that accompanied it attempted to bring a flavor to the dish. I ordered the Genki roll and On the Bayou roll, as I love crawfish. Both were delicious. Tempura crawfish isn’t your typical fried crawfish, y’all. Anywho, I want to return so I can try their hibachi and teriyaki bowls. forkcetious.com
The best sushi I have ever had. Period. Their sushi is always very fresh and comes to the table very quickly. Their sushi is always 50% off which makes the restaurant all the better. The service there can be sort of hit or miss, as they always have teenagers as their waitstaff. But the quality and prices of the food outweigh the young waitstaff.
