  Went to Gianni’s yesterday for lunch and had horrible service… the pizza was okay for being at a water park pretty sure it was frozen pizza. Went back again today just for cocktails and the bartender was attentive and pleasant. However, when we were drinking our drinks another waitress sat across from us at the bar to do her side work but before she started she cleaned underneath her dirty nails and then wiped the dirt on a napkin and rolled clean silverware up into it and put it in the pile for customers to use. Glad I didn’t use silverware either time I was there.

  Terrible customer service and unimpressive pizza. It is our second year living on Lake Lanier and we were excited to try Gianni’s for the first time this summer. After we were seated inside, we were informed (quite rudely from the manager) that they only serve pizza outside unless we wanted to ‘wait a long time’. When we did receive our pizza, it was less than impressive and we will not return. Apparently they are trying to turn Gianni’s into an Italian sit-down bistro which does not quite fit for the lake and family atmosphere. Save your $ and pack a lunch.

  Frozen Pizza; Yuck!!!. A BIG fan of Gianni’s fresh pizza over the last few summers. Had our first Gianni’s pizza of this summer yesterday, 7/6/2014 and much to our dismay, it is a FROZEN PIZZA now instead of fresh and it was GROSS!Maybe it was a fluke. Maybe they ran out of ingredients to make fresh dough. Maybe the pizza pie maker was out celebrating the 4th. Why, Gianni’s, why?!?
