Poor customer service. The staff were very pushy and rude towards my family and I. What happened to the old Truelove Bakery that had friendly staff and fantastic HOMEMADE treats? What I experienced today was what seemed to be a poorly run business ran by inexperienced teens (all whilst teens gathered from behind the counter and stared us down. Family reunion maybe?). I basically spent my money on a very expensive box of generic cake mix.
Everyone has a bad day. In response to the poster who went on and on about how rude the owner was to him, please remember that everyone you meet is going through something and some are going through hell. This family suffered an unspeakable tragedy back in September, and how they keep going at all is a miracle. I am not a personal friend of the family, but please keep them in your thoughts and assess her business by the quality of the product. Thank you.

Best German Chocolate Cake Ever!. Each month we celebrate birthdays with a cake in our office. The two birthday guys this month both love German Chocolate. When I asked my friends where to purchase a good cake they all referred me to Trulove Celebrations. And they were right! Best German Chocolate Cake ever!!!! Everyone loved it!
Joyful Blessings. On several occasions your son Kyle has brought in some of you goods for sampling. I have to say everyone I tasted was fabulous. My husband and I drove out to your bakery this past Saturday but didn’t arrive until 3:00. He has never had the privilege of experiencing your wonderfully moist goodies so I will bring him by soon. I just bought some cupcakes for my mom’s birthday. they were amazing! this was my third time going there and they have never failed to impress me! I would definitely recommend this to anyone! it’s amazing(:
If you like Cake, you’ll love this!. If y’all are reading this: PLEASE GET A WEBSITE! Everybody needs to know about Truelove Celebrations. I stopped in for the first time this week and bought one of every flavor of cupcake that they had in the case, 12 in all. (Don’t judge, I was having wild sweet tooth attack) I really did not expect the cupcakes to be good because of the bad luck that I have had at other small bakeries. Usually the baked goods are dry and tasteless, the bakery is not clean, or the staff is not very friendly. None of this applied at Truelove Celebrations. The cupcakes were moist and flavorful, the bakery was small and clean, and the staff were friendly. I live on the otherside of town but I will be making the trek bake to this bakery. That is why I want them to get a wedsite so everyone can see how great they are and Truelove Celebrations can be open forever! By the way, the Coconut cupcake was my favorite. No wait, the Peanut Butter…..or was it the Italian Cream….I’m not sure. I’ll have to go back for seconds!!!
