  What a sorry experience.. Terrible, unprofessional, slow service. We were a large party, arrived as the first table in the restaurant, all ready to order drinks and food within 10 minutes of being seated – that is after we figured out we all had different menus and sorted that out. We had to constantly flag down the servers. The servers brought the wrong wine because they did not understand the terms – ‘sparkling’ – one server argued with us over taking the shellfish out of a dish. The guest in my party told him that she was allergic but the server vehemetly insisted she leave them in. It was 40 minutes from the time we sat down until our two appetizer samplers arrived – they were unimpressive. My salad was fine but when my $36 filet arrived (potatoes were extra) it was flavorless, and dry, this was an incredibly bland meal. The mushrooms did help it some and I did eat it but I was hungry! Others at the end of the table mentioned their dishes had been allowed to cool too long and were room temperature. No one wanted dessert or coffee, we just wanted to finally leave! The whole experience took 2 hours and 15 minutes – 5 star? I think not. Try again, Hilton. This restaurant stinks.

  Friendly staff with average service. Food is above average and the ambiance is good.
