Craving good Mexican food with small kids being too wound up for public consumption, we ordered online for pick up.Ordering was easy and pick up timing on point even for Saturday early evening. Salsa had a great slow burn, chips needed a touch of salt and overall food had a touch too much salt. The latter two are my only criticism. Everything else was just what my tastebuds wanted. Staff we encountered during the small wait for food pick up was easy going and friendly. We’ll be back.
I have a wheat allergy & ate safely here :). I NEVER eat out at restaurants because cross contamination is definitely a problem for me with a wheat allergy. However, this establishment took all precautions necessary (even during a busy Thursday night) to ensure my food was safe. The owner personally came over and insisted all staff had been informed of the wheat allergy. Additionally, when I’ve tried to eat at other mexican restaurants the cheese dip and verde enchilada sauce typically contains wheat flour (& sometimes even the tortilla chips are made from flour instead of corn) which is not the case for this restaurant. They don’t have an actual gluten-free menu but staff is aware of ingredients and happily answered any inquiries. Seriously, they deserve five stars. Will be back to this place often.

Their salsa is pretty standard for Mexican restaurants. Their chips are the thicker yellow corn variety and that us a bonus for me. Overall a very solid meal. We will go back I am sure.
