Oh friends. Sometimes you just want to enjoy a great salad and a great appetizer. Now we have been to the Mellow Mushroom located at 1410 Hudson Bridge Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281 in the past. But recently we found a superb appetizer.We recently tried a new item on the menu in a seafood delight called Hot Dang Shrimp. It is grilled all natural shrimp tossed in a buttery spicy sauce and then drizzled with a savory cool and creamy house made sauce. Let me tell you this is sinfully delicious. We ordered one to share. It was so good we had to order another one to share.The spiciness of the sauce is not one of those that knocks you on your butt when you first taste it. Its one of those that lingers after you swallow. And its not harsh in any way. Its just enough to say hallelujah thats good. Would we recommend this to you? mmmm YES!

Love the build your own pizza option and the variety of toppings to choose from. They’re great with kids providing blocks and crayons. The appetizer selection is pretty vast and the names of the entries are fun I give it a 9/10
The food is usually pretty good. Really like the cheese calzone with ham and onion. What is amiss is the service. We were seated at 6:30pm, one of three tables, and noone came to our table for 5 mintues to take our drink order. We waited 15 minutes for our pitcher of Stella to be delivered, only for it to be flat. We waited 30 minutes for our appetizer to be delivered, only for our pizza to come out 5 minutes later (we had purposely staggered the order to avoid this). I wish the management team would pay attention to the details (they were sitting in a corner booth directly across from us).
Melllllow. Not a lot of variety, but what they do have is pretty damn good. Love the ambience!Calzones and Pizza are top notch, and they have a nice selection of appitizers too choose from. Lot of bar options, if your into drinking.They have inventory issues sometimes, which can be a major turnoff. I couldn’t get my favorite calzone three times because they forget to order more riccotta.I give it a 8/10. Good food, a little iffy on the service.
Great Mellow food, service spotty. I guess I have to agree with the others about this particular MM location. The food here has always been of the standard Mellow quality that you’d find at any of the other locations. But the service is average at best. We’ve been on several occasions and more times than not, the service left a little to be desired. I hope the management of the Stockbridge location takes the time to read these posts so service might be improved. Again, the food and the atmosphere is great, but the lack of good quality service brings the overall experience down.
Terrible Service. I had been hearing so many good things about Mellow Mushroom and was so excited to see one on the southside. Very disappointing. Food was ok, but service was awful.
