Service is mediocre, food is delicious except the dry breadsticks.
The place is a mess! Food on the floor, 20 minuets to get salad then only bringing enough for a meager portion. After requesting a refil that took 10 minuets to get, they bring the room temperature food almost immediately after the salad. The breadsticks were old, the service was poor, and sadley, they weren’t even busy when we went in. On top of that, getting a box was another 10 minuet wait! The total time we were there was almost 2 hours. We could have been there less than an hour if served properly.
I was a little disappointed in the service this visit. They were busy but they are always busy on a Saturday night so they should be able to handle the crowd. We went long periods of time without service for things like drink refills. When we got our entree my pasta was warm but not hot.

Olive Garden. I think its a great place! All the food there is great, all the people there is great, it’ s probly the best place to eat in McDonough!
