Worst Service. I went for lunch and the Service was terrible, the restaurant wasn’t even busy to start with… 15min to get water and the menu… Is like employee’s are doing it on purpose to hurt the business!!! Bartender was looking over new items and didn’t acknowledge me past the first 5min… she finally offer me a drink and disappear!!! then another lady ask me if I want the Menu LOL!!! Don’t know about this place hopes it changes for the benefit of the owners!!!
Really?. I have never seen so much grease come off of a quesadilla!!! Food had no flavor except for the taste of vegetable oil. I wish I had taken a pic before sending back.

Really BAD Service. My family and I eat at Pedro’s Taco Shack two or three times a month, often after church. Our Sunday School Class has also held some luncheons there as a large group. The food is good. The service or rather lack there of, is another issue. Today, we received the worst service so far. Our waiter did not give us his name, he was a young man and seemed not to speak English very well. Our order was incomplete not getting the guacamole dip we requested twice. We asked for napkins twice as well and did not get them either. Our drinks and chips did not get refilled at any point. Our waiter never returned to our table after the initial drinks (sweet tea) were delivered. My wife spoke to the Manger, who did come over and tried to make things better. I asked for the check and to go boxes as I was ready to leave at this point and we had not ate more than a third of our meals. Our drinks and chip basket needed refilled.I talked with the manager and he did discount our meal. I did not ask for this and it which was appreciated. However he charged us for the guacamole dip that we did not get!!!At this point, I probably will not eat there again.JD Cannon
Always Good. Im shocked reading through the bad reviews here. I eat at Pedros often and always got great service and outstanding mexican food.
Won’t be back -. Brought family here in OCT 2011 – food was …meh…service was …lousy – in the extreme – but the place was packed. Quite mysterious. You’d almost think the folks here were masochistic. Of course – there are lots of folks who queue up for the food at Ryan’s as well…so there’s no accounting for taste. We won’t be back. I think the foods better across the street at Taco Bell – and I don’t even like Taco Bell…but if you like poorly served mystery food under queso – this is your place!
The food was excellent, as was out server claire! Wonderful service, environment, and food! We will be back and will be sure to spread the word!
