I love Chili’s food. This location is good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The waiter I had on this visit was a little behind but he recovered well. The food was excellent.
This Chili’s establishment made me sad. If I wasn’t there with two friends I haven’t seen in a long time I would’ve left. I had the Chicken, Avocado, and Bacon sandwich. The role was burnt and the avocado was M.I.A. This place wasn’t worth the time or the money.
I am appalled at how horrible the service is. The waitress has said a total of 4 words in the past 45 minutes. I love the food but now worth the wait and the awkward service.
It Is Not The Chili’s That It Used To B They Had Great Servers And Service A Few Years Ago But There Are So Few Of THe Old Servers There Anymore. Such A Shame It Used To Be ACommunal Place To Ea With Great Every Thing. Shame Really
Even for a chain, simply not up to par.. Service is slow. Food is even slower. Drinks have been wrong… consistently… even with different servers. Constantly understaffed and well, kinda like Gwinnett County as a whole… seriously taken a major, overall downhill slide. Sad, but true. Seek out other vittles rather than getting nothing but annoyed and stressed out here… not to mention hungry!
