Delivered crushed cold food 1hr 20mins after I ordered it. The general manager delivered the food. It was so late because he took FOUR deliveries at once and I was the last one. He then blamed it on traffic. So the general manager is a liar and they sling some 2nd rate food. Avoid this one… go anywhere else… you’ll be glad you did.
Customer service. New ownership is horrible! The kids there only go to work to play. Today they prepared our pizza incorrectly and said that they rang the door bell. They left without calling. This is defiantly a corporate call!
Terrible customer service. The pizza is fantastic but the customer service sucks. My pizza arrived far after the time they promised it and it was cold! The manager I spoke to blamed traffic and offered no discounts or coupons. The shift lead was rude and basically told me they didn’t have enough drivers. Then don’t promise something you can’t deliver!
P diddy. This place was awesome…great pizza and great pricing, glad I never read the other comments but this is my new pizza…and they won best pizza in Johns Creek!! that’s why I tried them.
Owner sucks/ Argues cannot get order right. We ordered pizza for the second time from here. The first time they got the order wrong. When called the owner said that the next time he would give us free cheezy bread,The second time we ordered we asked for plates. He whined for 10 mins that he was not making money and he could only give napkins and not plates and that we were using a coupon, blah blah blah. I will order from Domino’s next time as they will be happy to have our business
Had pizza delivered got take out call a 7 out of 10 lots of cheese but a bit dpughy
