Absolutely wonderful! Try the Larb, Beef Salad, appetizer combo, coconut soup, Tom YUM Shrimp Fried Rice, chicken with red curry sauce. This is real, authentic Thai cuisine. We are hooked and now eat here very regularly.
Pad Thai Ewwwwww!. The worst Thai dish I’ve ever had. I would rather be force fed broken glass than eat here again. No offer if a discount. I couldn’t choke down even a couple of forks full. Disgusting.
Have Liked Every Dish We Have Eaten There. Always fresh and hot, great service.
A hole in the wall. But the best Thai food I had in a long time. Wife has the Penang beef and I had the Pad Pa Krow totally awesome. A place that is our of the way off the beaten path. I would return if I ever get back to Atlanta
Love, love, LOVE Bangkok Cabin! It’s easily the best Thai food I’ve ever had. I’ve been to other places I liked – The Tamarind Seed, Surin of Thailand, etc. But for my money, Bangkok Cabin kills them. You can’t beat the quality of their food and the price is less than half what I saw on the menu at Nan! I really did enjoy Tamarind Seed and their prices were reasonable, but if you’re looking for genuine Thai food in Cobb county, accept no substitute to The Cabin.
My favorite restaurant of ALL TIME!. I love this restaurant. And when I say I love it, I mean I’ve eaten all over the US and I’ve never had better Thai food. I feel absolutely blessed to live within 2 minutes of this place, and I love that it’s a bit tucked away in an unsuspecting area. The place looks to be a house transformed into a restaurant, which gives it a cozy feel, and the decor is lovely. The restaurant is run by a family of Thai women (mothers and daughters it seems), and while they can be a little sporadic and service can be slow from start to finish (busy, not lazy), it gives the place a certain charm – like you’re actually dining in their family home and they’re running around to serve you. When you come, be very hungry and with plenty of time to kill, because you will want to try a little bit of everything. Get an appetizer (I like the basil spring rolls with their amazing dipping sauces), ask for a Thai iced tea or a Singha, order a soup (Tom Yum and coconut soup are the absolute BEST), and of course get a delicious entree (I get the Pad Thai every time – which I never finish and always have leftovers…bless the leftovers). The prices are phenomenal considering the quality and consistency, but slightly pricey in general. I never mind paying a couple of dollars extra just because the food is that good, and it’s equally as good every single time I go back. I want this place to be as successful as possible and never go under, but I also kind of want to keep it my hidden gem. THANK YOU Bangkok Cabin for the best food ever!!! I will be coming back…again and again and again. 🙂
Worst Thai I’ve ever had. If you love this place then you have never had authentic Thai food…. It was so bad, two of us left our food, I recently went to Thailand for 2 months so I know what it should taste like. The family might be from there but that does not mean they CAN COOK. Save your money and eat elsewhere. Worst place I’ve ever eaten
