We went here when they first opened and holy hell it was HORRIBLE! They gave us a number of free coupons to make up for it and we threw them away. I got a chicken bowl. The smallest, skimpiest chicken bowl I have ever seen. The chicken was HORRID. it seriously seemed like I was eating chunks of chewy salt instead of chicken. Turns out, rather than making a fresh batch, the employees just kept dumping more of the salt water concoction over it to reheat it. Nice. The prices are way too much for how little you get. At chipotle we always leave with leftovers. Here, my fianc ended up not feeling satisfied or full after eating his bowl. They remade my bowl, I requested zero meat this time and it was still only subpar. There was still A LOT of salt. I have no idea where it was coming from. Maybe it’s improved. But in my opinion they use salt to season rather than actual tasty seasonings.

Cold. Went and got a simple burrito just rice chicken cheese lettuce hot salsa and strips, the person rolled it extra sloppy and by the time I sat down my burrito was already cold. It took 2 mins for my food to be cold and sloppy not a great look at all.
