The service was ok. The food was good. My steak had some char on it but overall I enjoyed it. My silverware was dirty. I just expected a bit nicer experience than I encountered.

Went there this past Sunday evening for a friend’s birthday party. The drinks were really good and the food I received was good. I ordered the ribs, no substitions. Initially, I wanted a ribeye steak, but they were out of those. Another person wanted a burger, they were out of those. When my ribs came out, I received plain fries instead of the lemon pepper and when I asked about the coleslaw, I was later told that they had run out although others aty table got what looked like a tablespoon of them in a condiment dish. My ribs were pretty good and I had already expected the price point, however, at that price point, I expect menu items to be available especially steak at a steakhouse. I wanted to love it, but it was just ok for me.

The service just keeps getting worse!. The service here is horrible! We tend to go a lot because it’s convenient when you have an aircraft on the field but the last visit was definitely our LAST visit. We waited over an hour on a Thursday evening to be seated when the ENTIRE downstairs of the place was empty and there were many empty tables upstairs as well. Once we were seated (downstairs with no one else – why did it take so long?) we waited forever to get waited on and then forever for return service for our checks. The food came out fast and it was tasty so at least the kitchen has their act together.

I took my 9yr old daughter there for Valentines day! Made reservations for 6:15, and waited for an hour! Just to be told it would be another 30 to 45 minutes! We walked out. This was not the first bad experience I have had there. Needless to say I will never go back there again.

Elevation Chophouse – Kennesaw. Nothing more disappointing than patronizing a local establishment (Elevation Chophouse Kennesaw) and after waiting more than 45 minutes (after we finished our appetizer) to finally get our meal (sitting in the lower level, not many tables were served in this timeframe either), the food was cold, the filet was undercooked (almost rare rather than medium) and upon speaking to the Manager (who is also the owner), he displays a could care less attitude. I can definitely see where the staff gets their leadership from. There are plenty of other local restaurants that I could spend $100 on a meal where they would value my business. I hope the next time you consider Elevation Chophouse you make the decision to go elsewhere… I know I will!

Went for first time on a Thursday night. The place has a good atmosphere overlooking the airport. My wife had the salmon which she thought was good. I ordered a medium-rare strip as I figured most places overcook and it ends up being closer to medium. Id rather it be more rare than done. Good thing I did. It was between medium and med well, but was still tender. There was a glaze on the steak that in my opinion, didn’t add much flavor. However, the steak was still decent and better than Outback. Baked potato seemed a little undercooked as well. I probably should have picked a different side. Service was good and fast. I may go back and try something different, just for the atmosphere. Pricing was reasonable. But I was hoping for a little better steak from a place called a chophouse.

First-timer; Impressed!. This was my first visit to Elevation Chop House and I loved it. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was Taylor M. She was very friendly and accomodating. She suggested we try the Ribeye and the brisket. She was accurate in her descriptions of each dish. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and the brisket melted in our mouths!!! So tender! This will definitely become a new work night favorite for us. I just hope Taylor M. is our waitress from now on. Thanks for taking such good care of us Taylor.Sonni and Greg
