First, I’m not an Asian food snob. I know that they cook for the American palate – but really, is that palat so banal that we excuse poor quality and execution?Let’s start with the Pu Pu Tray, (I guess I never really appreciated that the name was so close to poop.) I’m 65 BTW, and this was the worst I have EVER experienced! One of the ribs was a piece of inedible charcoal, the fried bits were also overcooked the shrimp was actually hard! There is obviously no regard for their customer’s enjoyment.Main Course(s):Happy Family – A total disaster. How can you cook veggies in a wok till they become as overcooked as if prepared in a pressure cooker? The ‘Crab’ was fake (which I’m highly allergic to) – leave it out, or change your price point! I tossed everything and just sulked the rest of the evening on my stupidity In not checking them out first.House Special Fried Rice – I’ve never had rice cooked (or partially so) ‘al dente’ before – and I pray never again.Nuf said.If this Restaurant doesn’t shape-up it doesn’t deserve to survive. There are too many that do respect their customers and don’t take their patronage for granted. The bill was $40+… Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me!Buyer Beware!
Not so good an experience. Terrible experience. Meal arrive over 1.5 hours later. Spring roll and wings. as appetizers were very good was good…up until we experienced the main course. There was less meat than any meal any of us had every experienced by a long shot. Additionally, we have experienced better frozen and pre-packaged rice on too many occasions to count. The meal really started off with wings and a good spring roll in such a way, that we expected a good an equally good meal with the main course. Well, as explained before, you can get a better PFChang’s meals at a grocery store.

Disgusting. The scallops were raw. The delivery took over an hour. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
They still. They stole from use …the lady had an attitude she say we ordered something else ….like we us Americans dont know what we ordered. ..we orderd delivery ..and when order was wrong she wanted us to take it back yet it was there mistake. .they robbed us of dinner. Dont order if you love USA…why let them still agin…
Delight at Mandarin Cafe. My husband and I live in the center of probably no less than 15-20 places where we could order most of the same dishes served by Mandarin Cafe. We moved into this area about 15 years ago and though we have tried others we always come back to Mandarin Cafe. The food is always cooked to perfection, fresh, and the staff couldn’t be any more accommodating even when we came to eat one night within 45minutes of closing time. I cannot speak about their delivery service because let’s face it, this is a suburb of Atlanta complete with traffic and accidents everywhere. We frequent the establishment at least twice a month and will continue to do so. I recommend them to my friends and neighbors in the area as well!
This place was a awful. Worst crab rangoons I have ever had. My chicken wasn’t terrible but I was so disappointed with them.
