Bad customer service. Just came back from the Kennesaw location. Decided to give it another chance. Not any more. Food was okay-good, but customer service was abysmal. Ordered a app (not worth the price), and a hamburger. When the burger was delivered, the person didn’t even offer ketchup, (none on the table, had to walk to the bar to get), couldn’t even get the mustard and mayo correct. By the time the server came back to the table, everything was untouched, as I was waiting to ask for some mayo, it had been almost 15 minutes…needless to say, burger and fries were cold. Took the food home to reheat. The wait staff were all walking around, chatting with each other, and definitely not taking care of us at all. It was like that on my previous visit as well, but thought I would try again. Not worth the money at all…customer service, or lack there of will keep me away. Be warned!

Food. We have been eating at Old Towne since it opened and will continue to do so as long as we live in the area. Unfortunately the quality of food has gone down over the last three or four years. Why change recipes for what works?
Great spot!. Best wings and pizza around by far! This is where I’ll be this year for all the games with a cold beer in hand! Such a cool place with a very nice bar, definitely a must try.
Great pizza. Just came back from Olde Town Tavern & Grille. I don’t know what the rest of the food is like but we had the small pizzas and they were fantastic! Thick and flavorful–I got mine with feta and kalamata olives and my guy got his Hawaiian style.Waitresses were all attractive and service was good. My only complaint would be the AC was on too high. Today happened to be unseasonably cool and inside the restaurant it was VERY chilly. May have been wonderful on a 95 degree day. Next time I will dress for it.
Such a great night!. My family and I went to dinner at Olde Towne this past week and we had such a great time. The food was wonderful and so was our service. I’d definitely recommend the new flat bread they just added. It’s SOO good!
Awesome food. Went to Olde Towne for the first time last week and had the best wings I’ve ever had in my life. I had them with lemon pepper sauce, per the waitresses suggestion. She was right!! They were awesome. The live music was great too. People were up dancing and it was such a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. I’m definitely looking forward to going back!!
