A bright spot to a miserable morning. Travelling down I-95 last night, we pulled off at Exit 3 for the night. I noticed the Dennys and decided that would be a good stop for breakfast in the morning. It was. I was up early (like 5:30 early) and was more than a little surprised when I stepped out from our hotel to find it was raining. Wet and dark, I still made my way to Dennys. Americas Diner was open and inviting.Pretty quiet place, I was their first customer for the last couple of hours. Maybe not so quiet with 50s music playing. They were happy to see me and I had great service. For breakfast I went with the Original Grand Slam, a couple of eggs, pancakes, bacon and sausage. Still quite inexpensive and their good coffee made my morning a bit sunnier.
Smh.. THe service there is great! but they upcharge you for everything. And food quality is terrible. They don’t know how to cook. Its really sad. I think they will hire anybody there. they have some real mistrients working up there.
