Avoid. Went in ordered our drinks. I Asked for a children’s menu because my child is 12 years old. Waitress did not answer me but looked my child up and down and went to get a menu and returned setting it on the table not saying a word. My husband then told her we would be going elsewhere. What horrible service. Next time I will bring a birth certificate….oh wait, there won’t be a next time!!
HORRIBLE service. This is the absolute worst Applebee’s we have ever been to. The service is awful. Waitresses don’t take care of their customers and half of the time they are out of what you ask for. We have been twice and both times the service was horrible. I can see why there weren’t many people at the restaurant when we went. Somebody needs to take over this restaurant or they just need to close it down. We will never go back again.

Lunch was good. Service was good. I’ve seen so many negative reviews about Applebee’s yet I’ve never had a bad meal or experience there.
Me and my family went to eat here because my eight year old loves Applebees, and chose to eat here for her birthday. Such a disappointment. We showed up well before 5pm, and were told there were NO seats for our party of six, and we would have to be split up. This blew my mind seeing as another party of six was seated just before us in a booth, and there were 2 booths open and clean. Ridiculous. I would recommend Ruby Tuesdays instead. We got fantastic service, and were actually able to sit and enjoy a meal.
HORRIBLE!!!. You don’t go to Applebee’s expecting a stellar meal. It’s not so much the food that I hate at this place (because it’s typical Applebee’s food) but it’s the service. I’ve never had such horrible service consistently from one restaurant. The servers have no idea what they’re doing and if you get sucked into that place plan on spending about 3 hours of average to below average food.
Good food consistent with other applebee’s locations. The service is less than acceptable, I get better service at Burger king next door
