This place must be popular simply for nostalgia purposes. The abnormally light hot dog tasted like chicken and it was served on a thin sheet of paper. There is nothing that stood out about my experience.
Spicy relish dog was really good. Would be better if they used all beef dogs, but excellent value for the money and very friendly service.
Same food as west point location but servers have attitude. Overpriced as well. Go to other location for friendlier service….
Best place in town. Amazing employees and amazing attitudes. Always a welcoming smile. 🙂
Family Tradition. Best hotdogs I’ve ever eaten.. Such an awesome place to go with the family or just for a quick bite to eat for lunch. I recommend the original on the square but there is also one on West Point Road that is delicious as well!!4 stars on Prices/Service and quality 🙂
Don’t get the hype…. I guess since I’m not from LaGrange I don’t understand why everyone likes this place so much but to me it was mediocre, at best, and was way over priced. The guy who was bringing us our order actually opened up our hamburger with his bare hands to check and see if it had cheese on it. No thank you!
Old tradition, still good food!. I’ve been going to Charlie Joseph’s on Bull St. forever! It’s a tradition in LaGrange and for good reason. The staff are polite but fun. The food is good, especially the slaw dogs and relish dogs–my favorites. Good, old fashioned and fun! Hoping to introduce my grandson to the tradition soon.
