Used to be a good salad. Hog heaven used to have one of the best salads in town. fresh and tasty. For 10 years their smoked turkey salad has for a long time been my favorite. However I ate there yesterday and was more than disapointed. The salad was prepaired hours possibly days before we got there. The lettuce was wilted the tomates were cut so long ago their color and taste had leached out. Instead of the tasty shaved smoked turkey the meat resembled oscar myer lunch meat. The manager said that was the same way they have always made their salad. Claimed it was the same meat prepaired the same way. When I requested a fresh made salad and freshly shaved smoked turkey I was told all their turkey was sliced first thing in the day and they had no more meat to slice. Soo sad that a great salad is no longer available.
