Bland cuisine. Stopped in for supper tonight. Had the fajitas nachos. The meat was extremely bland. There were so many onions and bell peppers on the plate I thought I had been served a salad. If you eat there, don’t complain to the waitress about anything cause you won’t see her again until she delivers your check to you. Definitely not someplace I’d recommend to anyone driving through LaGrange.
Best Mexican food in Lagrange! Start off with the queso dip and a Texas margarita! I recommend the #99 which is rice with chicken and queso on top – delicious! The quesadillas, tacos, palomino and chimichangas are also great!
Los Nopales use to be my favorite restaurant, now the food is awful. The last three times I have been the chips have been stale and the chicken is so dry you can’t eat it. I don’t know what has happened to this place over the past year but they have went down hill.

Aweful. This mexican restaurant is aweful. The salsa had way too much cilantro. I asked if they made salsa without it and the server told me yes. He brought out burrito sauce. the food is terrible and overpriced. Worst experience.
Sundays are by far the worst day to attend. On anothe topic: in the chicken a bone was found at our table. If that wasn’t enough 3 pcs of plastic were found in the cheese dip. I wish I were able to upload pictures to prove this.
So Yummmmm!. Los Nopales is the best mexican restaurant you’ll find in Lagrange. We’ve tried the other restaurants and the food and atomosphere were totally intolerable. The salsa at Los Nopales is awesome and so are the entrees. Can’t go wrong!! And the price for a pitcher of beer can’t be beat!Ask for Jessica or Ezmeralda – they’re awesome!
