Although the servers are working hard it was some of the slowest service ever experienced in years. The brisket was tasty, but the chopped was not. The food was served lukewarm warm. The Brunswick stew was bland. Some of the customers got up and left before they were served it was taking so long. It’s not the worst barbecue ever have, but I won’t stop there again.
Good food, OK service. The food is delicious. Go there for sandwiches often and the daily specials at lunch. Am willing to put up with the service, which is sometimes slow at night though, we’ve been ignored for ten minutes a couple of times. The older lady at the counter is a real grump (says manager on her tag). She never smiles or is enthusiastic with anyone.

Every person in this place seems depressed. The young lady at the front counter refuses to smile, but the food is good. Okay service

Delicious barbecue!!! Wonderful service, friendly staff, beautiful and cozy environment, great prices, and wonderful food!!! The BBQ sauce has such a great flavor. My husband asked for a hot BBQ sauce and he loved it. He is normally very picky about that. We do not live in the area, but we are willing to drive to come eat here!
