Up and coming. The finest quality I have seen in the area, charming chef’s artistry is rarely found outside of major metropolitan areas. His youth lends some vision to interpreting Japanese cuisine, but an open mind on the notion of fusion will reap great rewards to your palate! I have had the pleasure of dining on delectable creations though not traditional, culinary suprises of the highest quality and value. Highly reccomend!

Yama…No more like Yuka. First of all, I dont see how 90% of the people found this place good. First time ever I had Sushi with the wasabi already added. I prefer to add my own thank you. Second, a steak should not be peppered so badly you cannot taste the beef. This was the worst $80 dollar meal I have ever paid for. Should have known something was wrong when the place was virtually empty at 7:30 at night. Being out of towners – should have asked around first.
To die for!. The unaggi was excellent. Beautiful restaurant.

I love it. The sushi is great as are the specials. The chef is creative and tries different takes on traditional dishes. Don’t let the dirty carpet fool you. The food is fresh and excellent. Big city food in small town america.
