Awesome food, friendly and knowledgable waiter, nice atmosphere. The only negative was trying to enjoy the patio with smokers, but overall a very pleasant experience. A plus is the market attached.

Great food!. I’ve been going to this restaurant since it opened, because I live down the street. I may be the only African American that eats there on the regular, but I hope that changes! The food and prices are OUTSTANDING, and the service is good! I think I’ll go there again for lunch. (I went yesterday.)

Balkan/Bosnian fare – never disappointed. Get your expectations straight before going here. This isn’t a high-dollar pan-European restaurant that has a wait-staff hovering to sweep every crumb from your table. This is a local Bosnian restaurant that serves good, solid meals typical of the ethnicity for a great price. I’m pretty sure that much of what they cook comes from mixes they sell at the attached grocery store (ie- stews and gravies probably come from a packet). The waitstaff is typical european – you have to get their attention to get something. The food is homestyle – I would expect the same quality of food from the typical Bosnian kitchen. The regulars are Bosnian – and they speak their native language while chain-smoking cigarettes on the patio. But when all is said and done, the place offers food options that you won’t find elsewhere in Lawrenceville, the staff is always pleasant, the locals are fun to be around, and for the many, many times that I have visited I have always enjoyed my meal. You want any more than this? Go elsewhere or adjust your expectations. They are not trying to pander to busy, mainstream America. Go here and plan to relax over a meal (a concept that these good people haven’t given up on) and follow it up with an espresso. Breathe a little. Enjoy the fact that you can’t understand a word that most of the patrons are speaking. Let the food digest a little and enjoy the company of the people you share a meal with.

Service was great but food took forever. When food finally came out it was not even done- chicken was still quite raw! Thank goodness my wife cut it before giving to our 2 year old. To the store’s credit, they did not have us pay for the chicken. Unfortunately, having raw chicken sit at our table was enough to spoil our appetite and our lunch experience.
