Went a few weeks ago. The food and atmosphere were incredible. Hubby had pasta with mussels and clams in a spicy red sauce and it was awesome. I had egg plant rolled with ricota and fried…I would have liked better if it was fried a little longer but all in all the food was great!!!!
This has to be by far the worst Italian restaurant, I mean it is worst then Olive Garden. Do yourself a favor and do not drive all the way to this terrible restaurant!
Very Tastey. This is by far the best Italian restaurant in Valdosta. The staff are very friendly, This is a family owned business that has been passed down through generations. They are true Italians! I had the Manicotti with a marinara sauce delicious! There bread is made fresh daily and is outstanding. This is much better than the chain Italian restraint across town… Olive something ! I would highly recommend this restaurant!
WONDERFUL!! My husband and I were traveling through to Gainesville, FL when I began to crave spaghetti. I google ‘Italian’ and found Mom & Dads. I called to ask if they offered carry out because my hubby of course didn’t want to stop and ‘waste time.’ The gentleman, Paul, who I spoke with was very polite and professional. He took our order over the phone and we arrived 15 minutes later at the restaurant where our order was waiting on us at the front counter. I got a garden salad with the Italian vinaigrette….AMAZING dressing!!! I also got the spaghetti with meat sauce. It was very hearty and delicious but, could have used a little more garlic for my taste. My husband got the lazagna and it had the same meat sauce as the spaghetti, delicious! As I stated, we did not eat in but did pick up inside and staff was very friendly. The environment was nice but, a little dark. Would be great for romantic dinner dates!!!
Yum. I don’t know how that person can say sliced wonder bread. I used to work there years ago and I know it’s homemade. Their food is wonderful if you only tried the lasagna and spaghetti you are missing out! I think their specials are always fantastic. I specifically love the mussels and clams or the grouper! Their wine list is nice as well.
Loved it! Best Italian food I’ve ever had! The pasta was fresh made and so tender. I had spaghetti and tasted my husband’s lasagna. Both were delicious and I had his leftover lasagna the next day. It was almost as good as fresh. There was four in our party and everyone was extremely pleased with our meals. Amazing that anyone would give this restaurant a bad review. We definitely will come here again!
No amore for this place!. If you have ever been to a Carrabbas or had REAL Italian food, be prepared to be dissapointed.
