This location is OK at best. Wait times can be a little bit long and the employees are unprofessional. It’s not uncommon to see on or off duty employees hanging out in the outdoor dining area talking and playing around. Also, I’ve been solicited for tips at the drive-thru window.
Terrible. The service is always slow and the staff are never friendly. It always seems like my order is inconveniencing them in some way. Disappointed because I usually love Sonic. Just hit up the Wendy’s right next to Sonic; it has much better service/speed/quality.
Awful service will not be back. First off the lady who brought our rootbeer float took 15 min and there was no one even there…. She seemed like she hated her lofe. The menu said a medium was 3 something and got charged 5 and change and when i questioned she was like i guess we changed our price? Anyway we grab the fload and it was pretty much all soda.. There was no ice cream at all. I paid debit and it took another ten minutes to get the card back.. Just awful.
Customer. Just wanted to say it is very very unprofessional for your asst manager to dress the way he does. He is very courteous and provides good service but if I want to look at someone’s butt – it’s not where I buy food. He needs to wear pants that fit him and put a belt on above his buttocks.
