This was an average restaurant. I had the Pad Thai (hot) and it was a bit too sweet. The noodles were a bit too saucy so I didn’t get the feeling that I was eating Pad Thai. It also wasn’t spicy, but I figured it wouldn’t be (because some customers can’t handle heat and often complain). The owners were however very friendly, and the environment was very casual. It definitely isn’t a flashy or fancy date night venue, but they do serve hot meals for a decent price. If you absolutely crave fast Thai food AND you aren’t picky, then this is an okay place to go. I was satisfied with the filling meal but not so much the authenticity.

One of my favorites. Been here a couple times now and haven’t been disappointed. I’ve tried the Pad Panang, Beef Salad, and Pad Thai and love them all. I’m also a big fan of selecting my level of spice since I like spicy while my wife doesn’t. I usually get the Thai Tea to drink and it’s pretty sweet.

Some of the best Thai food I’ve had anywhere in this country. For first timers order the pad Thai you won’t regret it.

Great food – butt ugly. I went to Thai Chang on a date. Read the reviews and the worst said slightly dated but great food. If by slightly dated they meant that about 10 years ago it was a really bad, really tacky, really dirty Mexican restaurant that has had nothing done to it since; then they were right. Filthy linoleum floors. Burnt orange walls. Old formica tables and not the kind that are now fashionable. Service was terrible. Tea equals at best Lipton. Chai? What’s that? The food on the other hand…. was great. I would only use this place for take out and frankly only if I weren’t concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen. If the parts they are showing you are dirty, imagine the parts that you can’t see.

Excellent and Authentic. Having been to Thailand, as well as many Thai restaurants around the world I can safely say this is probably one of the best tasting and most authentic I have ever been to. I’m actually shocked that an Asian restaurant of this quality is located in Valdosta. You’d be hard pressed to find one this good in any city in the U.S. The interior of the restaurant is also typical for an authentic Thai place, in Thailand! It may not be to everybody’s taste. If you want high class dining it’s not for you, but if you want quality food and very friendly service this place is exactly what you are looking for.
