    Here we go, the other day I ordered the lunch special from Jen which is the only guy there that was taking orders and it was an order over the phone. I originally had ordered the lunch special which is like $6.95 and I asked him if he could do the pork fried rice in the lunch special with sesame fried chicken. I didn’t order anything else from him but just that entre. When I get to the restaurant, he takes my card and charges it before telling me how much it is. When I get the receipt back to sign it, he had charged me $14 or $15 dollars for the lunch special that I had ordered. When I asked him why it was so much, he replied he had given me something I didn’t order and apologized. He exclaimed that next time I got you, I said okay. The amount was more than double for the meal I had ordered. The next time I called to place an order, I reminded him about the last incident and at first acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about, which cool maybe he forgot. But then remembered and he wouldn’t let me speak after asking for a discount or something like that (he said he got me next time, which apparently was a lie). I reminded him that I was the customer multiple times and I wasn’t trying to be an asshole but he charged a lot more then what it should’ve been the first time, so I thought we could have been even. While talking to him on the phone trying to be respectful, he cut me off and hung up. Prior to hanging up, I asked to speak to the manager and he said he owned the place when he is the order taking boy (maybe his parents do but not him, shoot if I owned a business that has been established I wouldn’t be taking orders 24/7 or maybe he is the owner and he is just CHEAP). Well end of story, DONT GET YOUR MONEY STOLEN AND GET LIED TOO. HORRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPECIALLY IF HE TRULY IS THE OWNER. When I called to tell them it was wrong they said the manager was not there and they couldn’t do anything. I then drove to the restaurant where there was no manager on site. I did however get his phone number. When I called he said that it was the wrong number. He then called the restaurant to ask what happened while I was still there. The cashier told him I wanted a refund on my order but he refused. I spoke with him on the phone and he refused to refund my money and hung up on me. Horrible service. DON’T ORDER HERE!
