I’be been coming here since it was a home in the wall at the Stockbridge shopping center. Now gluten free so I thought I would be disappointed but Doug the chef didn’t disappoint. I couldn’t eat the buttery rolls and it was torture to be around them. I haven’t eaten real pasta in years so I got the fettuccine. I know…I feel guilty. The noodles were rigatoni noodles but the flavor was there. Now if they only offer gluten free pizza. I will say my side salad was watery and that was one negative made up by a perfect la caprese! Well done pasta max! A true hidden gem on the south side!
