Overpriced. Wife and I have eaten here before and enjoyed the food and service. While walking around the Geranium festival we decided to eat lunch. Going in were told they were only serving a Buffet for lunch which we were cool with. My wife saw Potato salad on the Buffet menu but it was not offered on the buffet. The mashed potatos and chicken tenders were very good. What I did not like was them tacking on an 18% gratuity for groups of 6 or more when there was only the wife and myself bringing the the total bill to over $34 dollars for a hot dog and hamburger buffet.
This place has definately improved! Been here several times and the food has always been pretty good but the service was just ok. This time the food was just right and the service was great! Good job!
I tried the teriyaki grilled salmon and rice and it was cooked very well. Done just right, not too dry. Also had fried cauliflower as an appetizer and that was also very tasty. There aren’t that many locally owned restaurants in this area so support the good ones that ARE here. This is one you should check out.
Wont be back. Went the first time a few weeks ago and although the food was ok the service was terrible. Went tonight for a second try and never was waited on.Sat for 18 minutes with the restaurant not busy and every waiter, waitress that walked by never said a word.
Always great food!. Have frequented PJ’s several times since our move to McDonough less than two months ago…never had a bad meal. The ONLY complaint I have (as a hearing aid wearer) is the live music they sometimes have…for me it’s a bit like nails on a chalkboard. We don’t eat there when they have music. :-/
It was my first time to visit. The mirror had a hand print and other smudges on it. The food was really great and the service was even better. I’ll visit again.
We Love PJ’s. We’ve been to PJ’s dozens of times, and never had a bad experience. Great food, friendly servers who treat you like family, nice atmosphere. We’re always taking friends and family there and recommending it to others.
