Took my grandparents here one weekend.My grandfathers health condition requires him to limit his dairy intake. He ordered the Kick’n Chicken Sandwich without butter. After returning it twice(it had butter both times),the manager fixed the issue and gave us a refund for the meal. She is the saving grace of this establishment.
