This has become my favorite restaurant in the area. I have eaten there 10+ times in the last six months. I’ve had breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. All terrific. I especially love their two special shrimp and pasta meals. The servers are friendly and efficient. The place itself is nothing fancy, but I go for the food. I have met one of the chefs, who was friendly and modest. I absolutely recommend everyone try Fresco’s.
My wife heard about Fresco’s and, knowing that I like to try new things, she had me drive on down to give these folks a once over. The business is new and it is small but it is very clean. Now I can appreciate fancy decor but I prefer to focus on the food. This place is not fancy but the food is EXCELLENT! My wife had steak medallions with potatoes and I had a burger with fries. This is possibly one of the best burgers I have ever purchased. The meat was flavorful and the grilled onions were perfectly done. All the toppings wee fresh and the fries were cooked perfectly. No mushy fries and no burnt ones, just really good fries. (They were cooked fresh so there was no salt on them, which is great. The salt was on the table if you needed it)My wife’s food was also wonderfully done. Tender meat with a beautiful sauce over the onions and mushrooms. I noticed a plate of Pasta Carbonara go to another table and you could smell the aromas of smoked bacon and Parmesan cream sauce. The waitress/cashier (it’s a small place) was very nice and very attentive and I am definitely looking forward to trying their lunch menu and the Spicy Jambalaya Pasta.
