While driving through the charming town of Newtan GA, I found Redneck Gourmet and it was exactly what I was looking for, in a small southern town. We walked in and realized that everyone probably knew everyone in the restaurant, but we were greater by the staff. The had a huge variety of sandwiches, wraps, burgers, hot dogs and sides. Even the kid menu had variety! I got the Miss Daisy; pimento cheese, fried green tomato, and bacon! Awesome! I also got two sides; Broccoli and cranberry salad which was delicious and the Greek pasta salad which was amazing. They mistakenly brought me the wrong side and then gave me the right one…bonus for me! Would love to go back next time we are passing through!
