Bad day at taco mac. I had what should have been an enjoyable experience at Taco Mac ruined by a very rude and unprofessional manager, I was sitting at the bar watching a game when it was switched to a tv further down, making it difficult for me to see. I asked the bartender what happened and he switched it back . A few minutes later, however, it was switched again. I asked that it be switched back back as it was originally, but the bartender stated the manager was a fan of the game it was switched to and would not let him turn it back. I asked for my check and was about to leave when the manager (lance?) came and told me the tv’s were pre-programmed and could not be switched (this after they had already been switched twice) When I pointed out i had been watching the game he became very rude. i suspect strongly that the change was due not to pre-programming as he said but to the manager’s personal preference as evidenced by the bartender’s comment. Yes , the game was playing on other tv’s but I was already settled in my seat. Why should move just to accommodate the desire of the manager to see a certain game? What ever happened to customer service? I have gone to this taco mac many times but if this is how they treat customers, maybe it is time to find a new place to eat and drink.

All beers on tap and wings are good too but the best thing there is the ranch it’s everything ranch should be and more I would like to buy a five gallon bucket of it and take it home!
