Best little hole-in-the-wall! Hands down!. When I was living in Atlanta, I would purposely come back to Marietta just to eat here! I’ve never been disappointed trying new things from their menu, it’s all delicious!The couple that owns this store are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I love stopping by for a chat and some great grub (my go-to is the falafel sandwich, extra spicy!)
Nice people, HORRIBLE FOOD. My family ate here about an hour before closing. It tasted like everything had been made in the days prior. I ordered the falafel. It was the worst I’ve had. My husband ordered the gyro. The meat tasted like it had been seasoned with men’s cologne. My son had the hummus. It tasted like mashed beans mixed with water; no flavor, poor texture. I did enjoy the dolmas, but my husband disagreed. All in all, we were not impressed with a single thing we ordered, and we each ordered something different. Apart from the dolmas, we were flat disgusted with the food here. I’m sad to give an unfavorable review, as the owners (who also prepared and served the food) were a delight. But, unfortunately, the food does not match the service. This place is about 10 minutes from us, but we would rather make a longer drive to somewhere else rather than come here to eat again.

OK, the food was amazing as well! I have to tell you, the baklava was addicting! I still find myself craving even a bite of the baklava. We also ordered falafel and gyro. My family especially loooved the gyro! The meat was tender and delicious! Wonderful tastes! Definitely want to come back again!
Best food i ever had. First i have to completely disagree with jackie and little jesus iv been here on several occasions and the beef gyro meat is spinning on a gyro machine i love the hummus and the dolmas OMG words cant even explain the baba G i was there yesterday and had the chicken kabob on rice and id have to say it was pretty epic this place is really a hidden gem waiting to be found and im glad i found it so for anyone who has never been there GO GO GO the owners are so sweet and there son and daughter in law are excelent with explaining the food i love this place and will always return and id just like to stop and thank everyone and basil wraps for there hospitality and great food thanks…. I agree with Jackie. The gyro meat is pre sliced. Nothing original about this place
Canned food. The meat in the gyros is not cooked there on a shawarma grill. It’s uniform with edges instead of being sliced off. The grape leaves are canned and not fresh. The falafel was just ok. So was the baba ganoush and hummus. Our first and last visit there. We love Middle Eastern food and this place serves subpar food. Sorry.
