DO NOT GO HERE!!!. We received a reward coupon, from Rite Aid pharmacy. Took it to this restraint, along with some friends for dinner. While cooking my son’s Salmon, they cut the big half off of it, and kept it. Never would refill my iced tea glass, but did everyone else’s. When confronted about Bill, was unhelpfull. Overcharged me. This place was not clean, decorated horribly, and food was not good. I would drive 30 miles out of my way, before I go to this restaurant on Canton Rd. HORRIBLE. I’m not the only one. Read the other reviews….how do they remain in business?
HORIBLE!!! So unhappy with …. HORIBLE!!!So unhappy with the whole place. We went there for ou. Sons 5th birthday for a habachi show. What we got was a cripled guy with arthritis who says he was too sore. We went for early bird but the fine print says you have an upcharge for fried rice which makes the meal regular price. Also the website says a child eats free on the website which also didnt happen. When brought to their attention tgey just let us walk out they truely didnt care their service was horible!!
False Advertising. I ate at this restaurant for the first time tonight. My family and I came here due to a special we saw for $9.99 hibachi and $17.99 AYCE sushi. Once we arrived and were seated, they took our drink orders. On return,they asked for our entree orders, two of us ordered the AYCE sushi, which they said they were too short staffed to accommodate. After hearing this, we asked for a couple more minutes to look over the menu. When the waitress returned four of us asked for the $9.99 special, while the other three ordered off of the combination menu. The food tasted ok, however, not the best hibachi ever…… Once we received the bill we found out that none of the $9.99 specials were honored. Long story short, it was an upsetting first and last trip to this restaurant, and based on the amount of other patrons, it may not be far from the last table they will serve…..
Great Experience. I love this place! The All you can eat Sushi is a Sushi Lovers dream!The Hibachi dinners are very good and you can really save some money Monday thru Thursdays on their Hibachi Dinners.Try it and you won’t be disapointed!
Long term customer. Wow !!!!!!!!! I can’t believe the reviews on this restaurant. We have been going there for years back in the day until recently and I have never had that experience. We have always had great service and enjoy the environment , not to mention we trust the sushi and all food has always been great ! Sorry to hear some have a totally different review. I come to you with earnest appraisal and hope people can think for themselves. Maybe the others are just bitter and didn’t like having to pay for the meal. Sorry you had a bad experience, but myself and our friends love this place. The owner is a very creditable man and has always been professional. Most restaurant owners aren’t even there and collect money only. This man takes part in his business. But the way if you aren’t happy I am sure the owner would like to know. His name is Henry and he cares.
