Probably should call first. Stopped in for an early lunch and found the cook just firing up the grill. Seemed like a nice enough guy and he apologized and said he was running late. Didn’t want to wait the 20-30 minutes he said it’d take to get the food started so I didn’t get a chance to try them… but it does highlight that with some small businesses the hours can be a little unpredictable.
