You’d think this is a fast food place right? Nope! More like a glacier is the staff is anything to go by. I went by around 5PM to pick up milkshakes, and sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. They even brought the wrong ones! I will not be going back.
This place is so poorly run I find it hard to believe that there really is a manager. Total chaos without any sense of urgency, standards, or concept of how a restaurant should be run. The staff is clearly disorganized and lacking sufficient training or supervision. The food is either stale, cold, undercooked or wrong. I won’t even mention how slow they are even compared to other Steak n Shakes. If it weren’t for the cherry Cokes, I would never go back. Simply an awful experience.
