Compl ed tely disappointing. Beyond disappointing…..reviewed menu on webb and was so excited …anticipating an incredible lunch of Rivera Salad or omelette. Sadly, nothing on the webb waas available. Crepes over stuffed with meaningless nothing, sandwiches and not many, pittiful offering of a couple of salds, quiche. Nothing was being made fresh …could have done just as well at Publix in the prepared food section because everything offered on their extremely limited menu was basically made the night before……just made reservation with Cafe Lilly for tomorrow’s lunch which btw, does not make reservations for a party of two….
The owner is one of the rude…. If you’ve never been to Paris and experienced how rude French people can be, you’re in luck! Just go to caf Alsace and you will get experience the rude owner and the Food Court calibre experience this place has to offer! The owner is very defensive if asked about anything on her menu. She is one of the rudest women I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter. I asked about an item on the menu and she attacked me. She never answered my question. When I told her she was being rude, she fell all over herself appologizing. She probably had gotten away with being rude to customers, but when confronted, she does not know how to respond. The only thing that resembles fine French food are the heavy sauces she uses to cover up her sub-par ingredients. Good French food is fabulous, too bad this place does not deliver–unless you miss being abused by a snotty French person.

My partner and I eat here on a regular basis!The food is so, so good.Great service!Great ambiance!We have most dishes on the menu and wonderful specials, too.We always look forward to their homemade pate.The pate is so wonderful that we even order a pound of it during the week to pick up and have for dinner with a side of cheese and crackers.We never leave without a pound of pate to take home.The caf is small, so it fills up quickly!Lots of secrets I keep to make sure we get a table.Frank and Frank, Avondale Estates.

Charming. The decor alone is worth going for. Service was excellent as well. The food was fine, but I was less impressed with my trout than my date was with his scallops. I’d try something else next time.
Great service, wonderful food, and perfect pricing. Duck Confit quiche for $8?! Amazing!!
