We ate at Truman for an early New Years’ Eve dinner and had a pretty good experience. We started with the baked Brie and it was very good. The caramelized pecans added the perfect touch of sweetness to the perfectly ooey-gooey Brie. For the main course, I had the Naked Lasagna- layers of portobello, zucchini, squash, and eggplant with rosemary, goat cheese, and tomato ragu. Every bite was incredible and packed with flavors to linger over. The eggplant really stood out as it seemed breaded and fried. Yum! My husband got the Queen Prime Rib with creamed spinach. The prime rib was HUGE and he enjoyed it a lot. Parts were tough, but mostly very tender and served with au jus and a super delicious horseradish sauce. The creamed spinach was also quite good and very, very creamy. Truman has a nice ambiance and in the evening, has a nice romantic hint to it. The lasagna was super unique, so I would go back just for that!

Had to screen to talk.service not the best.
