Likeable But Not Memorable. Service is good. BBQ is just okay, nothing more. Same for the pricing. It’s okay but not the best value. Chances are more so than not if you buy for a group there will be quite a bit left over that doesn’t get consumed. So where does it rank? Well it’s maybe better than Sonny’s BBQ. Not as good as Shane’s. Better than Moonies. Not as good as Johnny’s. I’m able to give it a thumbs up but just barely. Sauce is thin and runny. Not a whole lot of flavor in the meat. It looks decent but it’s not a place you would travel across the county just to get to. Last time in bought the chicken platter for my gf, bbq sandwich for myself. I ate mine, she didn’t. And that’s about as honest as it gets.

Meh…. It’s not bad. They’re only open 4 days a week, and close at 8 pm. The ribs are a bit skimpy.
Try their brunswick stew. We usually get take out from Smokehouse once a month. They do have a shack you can eat in if you want to dine-in. I really like their pulled pork and brunswick stew. Brunswick stew has a very generous amont of meat. Very hearty and thick. I could eat it as a meal. Best BBQ in the County!
Absolutely the best BBQ place in the whole united states now I know where to go when I have a craving for pulled pork 🙂 🙂
