Cheep and good, service is fine and good service. Not much of a show but we go for the food. Which is the most important thing when it comes to my crew.
Terrible. 1. Sushi was warm, not even cold and had a funny taste.2. I asked for Red chili sauce and the server brought me FRANKS BUFFALO SAUCE! I asked why he would bring me wing sauce in a Japanese steakhouse and he claimed that was all they had….absurd.3. Hibachi cook had no energy, no guest interaction at all. The point of Hibachi is a show…I know its cheap but come on. 4. Our salads were swimming in dressing5. Yum Yum sauce was warm and bland no where near what we are used too.6. The food itself was funny tasting and flavorless.7. The worst part of all….the server added gratuity to my check! For a party of 7 split checks that is ridiculous! I will never return again and with service and food like that…I recommend you don’t return as well.

I have never had a bad experience here and I eat here often. The food is delicious and the hibachi chefs are all very friendly.
Horrible service….they ran out of some of the food and we waited 45 minutes before a cook came to the table. I asked very politely fort a 5 or 10% discount and they said no. I will never be back!!!!!
Service isn’t the best but by far my favorite place to eat! Cheap & delicious.
Poor. The workers at hai hai lack personal hygiene. My proof? They dig for gold right before chopping vegetables.
Sushi was really good, service was not. Never got fried rice and had to listen to waitresses talk to some poor guy about video games the entire time.
