give it 3 stars. I’ve visited now 4 times. Every time it’s the same issue on the weekends. First, the donuts are awesome. No doubt about it. The Blueberry Tart is terrific as well. The issue is the staff. They are all very nice and friendly, but, there is never any leadership. This causes the line to back up and orders that take forever. Just today I saw a lady ask about her sandwich 3 times and she and others were growing more and more impatient. All the girls look high school age on the weekends. Which is fine and all but there needs to be someone who is in charge and directing people. It seems no one has a real responsibility there. They try and help people. They need one person running the register, one working the drive thru, one expediting orders, one cooking etc. I saw 3 different girls try and work the drive thru. That causes confusion. Hopefully, they get that worked out.
