Great food! Such an upscale atmosphere. Surprised it didn’t cost more. The staff was welcoming and attentive without being annoying. Added bonus, the fabric on the chairs is so pretty!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I’ve gone to this place for lunch and dinner since they opened. In the beginning everything was great. But for the past 5 time I’ve gone, service has just gone down the drain. They take FOREVER to take your drink order (literally 20 min..in an empty rest). Today I went with my friend for lunch (we only have 1 hour), we ordered our food with our drinks since we’ve had this bad experience before and thought it would come out quicker. WRONG. After waiting for 40 minutes, we notice people that came AFTER us had their meals in their table so we asked our confused looking waitress for our order. She forgot to put it in..#shocker. She then proceeded to tell us she will discount our drinks for the mistake, we got up and left. Last time we will be going there. Food is great, but not worth your whole hour of lunch!!!
Awful Dining Experience. Today I went to lunch at your location at the forum with a co-worker.It was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.While on our lunch break we waited about twenty minutes when anotherwaiter came by and noticed we did not have our drinks yet. He got ourwaitress. She explained she was sorry but she needed our order again.We both ordered the hibachi salmon for the second time. After about15 minutes one lunch entree was brought out. Not two. Our waitressthen came over and apologized and said the chef only cooked one butthe other salmon would be out in about 5 minutes.After about 12 minutes the second salmon came out. We asked for ourcheck since we were on our lunch break. My co-worker then asked for atea to go. As you can imagine we were already upset.As our waitress was processing our payments for our late food myco-worker lifted the lid of her tea and saw a bug in her drink. Wethen asked the receptionist if we could talk to the Manager. Thereception said there was not a Manager on duty but she would get theperson in charge.After a few minutes the receptionist came back and said we should haveasked to talk to the Manager before we paid. Then perhaps we couldhave gotten a discount.The Manager or person in charge never came to our table. We, ofcourse, will never be back and I’ll make sure that now as many peopleas possible know about our terrible experience.
I’m pretty low maintenance, but this to much. Terrible service for the price. They also nickel and dime you for every possible item. slow to refill drinks and bring utensils on a quiet night. That being said, the show was great and food was flavorful
I use to go once a week for lunch. This last time I went the waitress was rude. She was was huffing and puffing because I asked for some sause. I was a waitress for 5 years, I never seen anyone act like a child just by asking a question. I will never go back
I used to love this place, but now it is simply lackluster! What the heck happened?! The waitstaff is totally inept and impossible to deal with! The vegtable tempura has simply fallen from grace! If aomi doesn’t hire more competent Attentive waiters and waitresses I’m taking my buisiness to sushi mito, as I type this I am in my 30th minute of waiting for someone to take my order in a desolate restaraunt
