Although the food is pretty good the service here keeps steadily declining. I have been eating here for years with my coworkers and the wait times keep getting longer and longer. We always come during the week for lunch and have hibachi and the waiters are so slow. They are quick to get you seated but after that you better have an hour and a half to eat. It took 10 minutes just to order drinks and then another 10 minutes to order our food. After we ate it took another 10 minutes to get our bill and 10 more to receive our payments back. In the time between our payments being made and brought back to our table they laid on the hostesses stand unattended. When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was told that the owner and the manager were both out and was given no alternative. The request to speak to someone in charge was made to the ladies at the hostess stand before we received our bills. The 2 laddies at the hostess stand did not jump in and help with the process of receiving our bills or processing them even though they are the one who process all the payments. I suggest you take your business to a place that actually cares about your business

Our first and last visit. I visited this restaurant for the first time on Valentine’s Day. Surprisingly disappointing. I ordered off the hibachi menu and the food left a strange filmy taste in my mouth. We discovered that we were supposed to have dinner with our meal after we had already paid for our meal. One of the people in our part asked the hostess about why we were not given dessert and the hostess questioned if we left a tip. It was explained to her that there was already an 18% tip paid. this was not the only issue. I definitely have no plans of visiting this restaurant again.
