Service fail. Went here on Halloween night around 8…it was definitely not busy and we heard the manager say they planned to close at nine. Our server was apparently ready for that to happen mentally because she was absolutely terrible. We were her only table and it was too much work to bring my boyfriend water or even get our pizza order right. The California Club pizza, minus the mayonnaise covered lettuce was what we ordered…but with mayo is what we got on the first try. It was fixed pretty fast but she said we’d get bread in the meantime – that never happened. What really bothered me was that she tried to get us to start eating the pizza with the mayo on it. She kept insisting that it was going to be thrown away, and guess what? Neither of us really cared, I’d rather eat bugs than mayonnaise. Obviously there is a reason we ordered the pizza without the mayo, so why on earth would we eat it with mayo on it?! She didn’t even show up again until we had nearly finished the pizza, at which point she also dropped the check off…only to never come back for it. The check was given to the same server who had dropped off the correct pizza, and in the couple times we saw him, he did a much better job.
