Great place for an event. We planned my mother-in-law’s retirement at Ippolito’s. The staff was so amazing; very attentive, kind, and willing to help in any way possible. We had the event on the covers private patio which was perfectly decorated and fit about 45-50 people. Deciding the menu was super easy with the help of the management staff. Everything came out on time, was very tasty, and the crowd loved the food. I highly recommend this for any group that loves Italian!
Wonderful Dinner. After having passed Ippolito’s daily on my commute for several years, my wife and I gave it a look last weekend. We were pleasantly surprised. First rate service and a comfortable atmosphere! She had the manicotti and I had ziti with two very tasty meatballs. First rate for a family Italian spot. My advice? Give it a look. You’ll like it.
Fantasic Food and Service. We had dinner this past Saturday night at the Ippolito’s in Norcross and it was fantastic. Our server was attentive and personable, made us feel right at home. I had one of the specials for the evening…Ahi Tuna Salad…it was amazing…perfectly cooked and the dressing was delicious. My husband had the lasagna and it too was amazing, full of flavor…love the sausage in it Our friends had the chicken parm and the chicken gorgonzola. We can’t say enough about how great our night was….we will definitely be back!
Not good. Undercooked…. I was disappointed with my dish 🙁 The bread was undercooked, it was still doughy when it was served, chicken gorgonzola was bad, and the stuffed mushrooms were flavorless and greasy. I wanted to like it because the wait staff was nice, but sadly it just wasn’t good.
I have been to the Norcross and the Alpharetta Ippolito’s and have always loved and enjoyed eating there. The food is plentiful, the service is excellent, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The service is always awesome.
Appetizers, soup, salad, and desserts were fantastic. Entrees were only mediocre (not enough flavor). Portions were large so reasonable for the money. Waitstaff was shorthanded but very friendly and attentive.
Not Original. My co-workers and I had visited Ippolito’s multiple times, and each time something different is ordered. However, in each case, the dishes all look the same. Some sort of pasta drowned in marinara sauce and absolutely smothered in cheese. The sauce didn’t have a very authentic taste. The bread was wonderful, don’t get me wrong, but the main dishes are a major letdown.
