Absolutely Amazing!. I am so in love with this spot. I’m a vegan and I love food! This is the only spot I can go to in Atlanta without having to alter my meals to accommodate my style. My faves so far are the Golden Rice and Vegan burger. I plan to try the desserts soon. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere suits the vegan lifestyle. Highly recommended.
It doesn’t matter if you’re vegan or not, the food is great. I’ve brought a lot of skeptics here and they all enjoyed themselves. I’ve tried the majority of the items on the menu, and I love everything I’ve ever eaten here. The spicy cha cha cha and the heavenly seitan slice are my favorites.
It’s Stacey again, thought I would splurge and get the chocolate cake…..OMG!!!!! I’m in vegan heaven. I will be back when they offer the buffet! Much love.18 Jan, 2012Ate there today for lunch. Food was exceptionally light, but full of flavor. I ordered the basil rolls, side salad(does not come with dressing), and love ocean soup. Everything was delicious. You must, must, must order the basil rolls. They are to die for. I was not put off by the decor or series on the tv. I will definitely return to try some of the other dishes. Happy eating!!!
Fresh vegetarian food, delicious and well prepared. I had the bok Choy stir fry and loved it, definitely coming back!
Loving veggies!. I finally made it into Loving Hut after almost 2 years of wanting to visit! I love trying vegan/vegetarian restaurants because I’m always amazed at how wonderful dishes can taste with no meat or animal by-product! This place is 100% vegan; no animal by-products are used in their dishes such as eggs, chicken stock, cheese, etc. Don’t let that deter you!The place was well lit and bright! We ordered the Spring Rolls and the Spicy Cha Cha Cha and the Basil Rolls for appetizers. WOW — The Spicy Cha Cha Cha was such a pleasant surprise. Yams? Say it isn’t so! The yam crescents were lightly battered and looked just like shrimp, and sat on top of thinly sliced cabbage in tangy rice wine vinegar. I doubt anyone could tell the difference unless they were told. The Basil rolls (2) were large and served with a peanut sauce that had a hint of chocolate flavor (very good). These were a great value for price point ($4), but they could have used a few more sprigs of basil to give it more flavor. We then ordered the Holy Eggplant and the Bok Choy Stir fry, both of which were delicious, BUT both had way too much brown sauce (it covered up the flavor of the tasty vegetables!). The brown sauces on each dish were distinctly different flavors — the Bok Choy sauce had a citrus flavor which made it much lighter tasting than the Eggplant dish. NOTE: The Holy Eggplant dish was good, but does not come out looking like the picture — it is comes out as a stir fry dish. Again, I would strongly recommend that you order light on the sauce, unless you like your dishes swim’in in gravy! Their brown rice had a great texture and was very good.I am not a dessert person, but will always have a bite or two (or three). The person I was with ordered the chocolate raspberry mousse cake. The cake was good but again, unless it is something outstanding, desserts are not really my thing.I will return to the Loving Hut — great meal and a good value!
Gives a whole new meaning to slow food movement! The food was okay but we had a party of 3 and there was only one other group there and they had two servers working yet we each received our meal at least 10 minutes apart. The servers were completely disinterested. We were really excited to try this place but we will certainly not return.
Great food. I can’t speak about the service, because we’ve only gone there for buffets. I tried every single item on the buffet both times, and didn ‘t find one thing I didn’t love…..well, except for white rice.
