I feel compelled to write this review based on my previous experience (over 2 years ago) & the fact I went in after 2pm not expecting much. This was much better than my previous experience and all of the food was still warm & well seasoned. I think it’s better than the rating of 69% reflects.
Delicious Food. The Palace has the best tasting Indian food that we have found in Atlanta. The Chicken Tikka Masala is excellent. However, expensive for the portion sizes. Other restaurants give about twice the food for the money.
Never had a problem…. I have recently been eating at this place, I go about once a week and always enjoy it. I just get take-out for dinner, so I cant speak for the lunch buffet. I generally get the saag paneer and it is always great.
Very good! I had the lamb saagwala, and my wife had the lamb Lorna. Both were cooked to perfection. The rasin & nut naan is incredible. If you are in Norcross looking for good Indian food, stop by here. You will not be disappointed!
Awful!!!. The quality of the food at this restaurant has gone down! Few yrs ago when i use to visit atlanta the food was great and in the last year it has gone completely down. The food is also never consistent in taste and sometimes if i order spicy they make the food very bland and other times the gravy for certain dishes like the chicken tikka masala can be very watery and have no taste. I have ordered many tiems from this restaurant being it is close to my work but anytime i have complained about the inconsistency in food i have been told off or hung up on. the managers are very rude and staff do not understand what customer service is. They always argue if i make a comment on the taste or lack of taste in their food and the quality and are very rude. Do not recommend this restaurant to anyone in the future and will never be visiting again!
Ok food. I would not recommend this place because it was always a hit or miss(mostly a miss). Sag paneer is my favorite dish and they never seemed to get it right.
Food quality has gone down – the price up.. This restaurant has been here for a few years. The ambience is non-plus. The service is attentive. When we first starting coming the food was plentiful and great; then the price was reasonable. Now the quality of food has gone down and the price has gone up. Thought there is still a good selection, most of the food was so spicy that it is unpalatable. I mentioned this to the server and he said that is the way the owner/cook is making it now. Both my wife and I were disappointed. The lunch buffet was $24 then, with tip = $28. That is expensive for what we got. Less expensive and better quality (though not as large a selection) is the Ashiana Restaurant. NOTE: The ‘restaurant inspection’ score of 73 is not good ( 03/04/2008) – gwinnetthealth.com
