First Experience WORST Experience. First time experience, worst experience EVER!! I called and placed an order for delivery last night. I paid for my order and it was never delivered. After waiting for over an hour I called only to find out they closed. I called today to discuss as my card was charged. They claimed someone signed for and picked up the order and they refused to correct. I went into the restaurant, saw the receipt which clearly did not have my signature, and again, the staff refused to correct. Horrible customer service when I clearly had proof the signature on their receipt was not mine. No worries. I’m not fighting over $21. A quick call to my credit card company and filed a dispute. I will NOT be returning to that restaurant.
