Best Japanese Food in Duluth!. While Duluth has plenty of Japanese restaurants, Haru Ichiban beats them all out by a long mile! They have all the staple Japanese dishes-ramen, sushi, sashimi, tonkatsu and anything else you may expect to find at a typical Japanese restaurant. And surprisingly, they don’t break the bank! I’ve been dining here ever since they opened and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon whenever I need my fix! Their tonkotsu ramen is creamy, tasty and one of the better ones in the area, the dragon roll is my favorite and all of their sashimi is thick-sliced and fresh. They have a great lunch menu & if you’re there on a Saturday, be sure to order their Saturday special deluxe bento box! It’s filled to the brim with various Japanese dishes-in the past, it’s included salmon, sashimi (tuna + salmon), tempura, seafood katsu and croquettes, Japanese-style ceviche and more! bellavivere.blogspot.com
Sooo Good!. This is my go-to place for good sushi. I always get the Oishii Roll and Fried Oysters. Both are extremely good! Also, robata skewers are good too. Service is always great and prices are not too expensive. Very much recommend this place!
Great Ramen. I’ve been here many, many times and the food is always excellent. The fried oysters and Tonkotsu Ramen are both superb and I get them almost every trip. Sushi is excellent here too.
Gross…. Old fish…. Made me feel sick after eating here. No clue how so many people like this place. Will never go back.
Wow this place is awesome. The service is just as great as the food. Tofu nuggets, ramen or sushi you just can’t go wrong here. 5 out of 5
5/5 Star – Authentic Japanese Food. The chefs here are all Japanese, despite what the 2 bad reviewers here stated. One went for Chicken and another had to wait? I don’t understand, this is not McDonald’s, How fast do you want the food prepared? I’m a native New Yorker, and this by far is authentic. If you don’t believe me, believe all the Japanese people that drive all that way from downtown to have their business dinners there. That has to say something about it.
